Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and IT best practices.
• Oversee the architectural integrity of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring robust integrations and alignment with CMDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Platform Architect and CMDB Administrator, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead the evolution of ServiceNow capabilities in response to changing business requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments of the ServiceNow platform to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Information Systems Architect, particularly with ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
