Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data solutions and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on developing team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
