Responsibilities
- Oversee data management activities for one or more clinical projects, ensuring adherence to project protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project leads regarding all data management activities.
- Guide team members in applying relevant components of the project protocol to their daily tasks.
- Collaborate with senior team members to manage individual studies, especially those with limited volume or complexity.
- Maintain clear communication with management about all data management activities within the studies.
- Develop and implement data management plans and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical data management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
