Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of security engineers and analysts to maintain and enhance IT security protocols.
• Identify and assess vulnerabilities in our systems and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks.
• Oversee security audits, assessments, and incident response to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions to protect company assets.
• Provide training and support to staff on security awareness and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT security management, with a proven track record of leading security teams.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and incident response processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical staff.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
