Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Product Manager to join our team in the Oncology business unit. Our mission is to integrate personalized genetic testing into standard care, enabling more effective interventions that lead to improved health outcomes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient engagement throughout their care journey, particularly focusing on the Signatera™ test, which is designed for ongoing monitoring and early detection of cancer recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital experiences that facilitate patient and provider engagement in ongoing genetic testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive tools for clinicians and patients.
• Conduct user interviews and analyze data to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Prototype new features and functionalities to improve the user experience.
• Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of product initiatives on patient care and engagement.
• Drive projects from ideation to execution while ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Support clinical and commercial teams by providing necessary tools and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or biotech industry.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
• Experience in oncology or genetic testing is highly desirable.
