Position Summary

The Senior Clinical Trial Manager will oversee all aspects of clinical trials within the Oncology field. This role demands proficiency in independently managing the complete lifecycle of clinical trials, including study design, protocol implementation, site monitoring, and recruitment management. Responsibilities

• Implement clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols.
• Collaborate closely with investigative site personnel, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and other study vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee study contracting, budgeting, and payment processes for all clinical trial vendors, including investigational sites.
• Design and prepare study-related documents including study protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms (CRFs), and regulatory binders.
• Provide training for CROs, vendors, investigators, and study coordinators on study protocols and relevant requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with study protocols throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Manage timelines and ensure milestones are met within the scope of the project.
• Act as the primary liaison between Natera and external partners to facilitate communication and project updates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in clinical trial management.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in clinical trial management, preferably in Oncology.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
• Proven ability to design and manage clinical trial documentation effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
