Job Description

As a Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of customer orders from receipt to delivery at locations worldwide. This role is critical in ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with sales and project teams to identify new opportunities and provide valuable input on project proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and budgetary constraints.
• Validate and manage the order booking process, including creating supplier pre-orders when necessary.
• Track all assigned orders daily, managing staging requests, follow-up on shipments, and maintaining communication with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and the order fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Work alongside export/import teams to acquire the necessary licenses for shipping.
• Ensure timely reporting and maintain accurate data throughout the order process, addressing any escalations as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or customer service, preferably in a financial or technical environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to analyze order data and provide insights for process improvements.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
