Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in navigating our Connected Operations™ Cloud platform to enhance their operational efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the customer success team.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and one other language (Spanish preferred).
• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
