Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current registration or licensure as a Counsellor or Psychologist in the UK.
- At least two years of experience providing counselling or mental health support, preferably in an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and counselling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
