Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Provide recommendations for site architecture and content structure improvements.
  • Engage in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance user experience and retention.
  • Assist in training team members on SEO best practices and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and AEO strategy development.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry is a plus.
