Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO and AEO strategies to enhance online visibility and traffic to our platform.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and create content strategies.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure alignment with SEO objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive positioning.
• Provide recommendations for site architecture and content structure improvements.
• Engage in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance user experience and retention.
• Assist in training team members on SEO best practices and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and AEO strategy development.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
