Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility across multiple countries.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure alignment between SEO best practices and content strategy.
• Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content to enhance usability and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools, preparing reports on key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Manage AEO (App Store Optimization) strategies to enhance app visibility and downloads in international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SEO and AEO, preferably in a global context.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Proficient in keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Experience in the mental health or wellness industry is a plus.
