Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to promote fire safety solutions across Spain.
• Identify and engage potential clients in various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the fire safety segment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Provide insights and feedback to the product development team on customer needs and preferences.
• Monitor competitors and market developments to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business development role, preferably in the fire safety or security systems industry.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish market, with the ability to adapt strategies based on local specifics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
