Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic integration of Five9 contact center services with Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven tools including Agent Assist, Conversational Insights, and Quality AI.
• Drive innovation by transforming digital interactions into autonomous AI agents capable of complex actions across various customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision with market needs and customer expectations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Foster a culture of creativity and inclusivity within the product team to encourage innovative ideas and solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a product manager, particularly in customer experience or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and contact center operations.
