Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support across our client’s business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the financial services sector.
- Provide legal support on product development and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with regulatory matters and stay updated on relevant legal changes.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Requirements
- Legal qualification with 2-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Banking, Corporate, M&A, Technology, or Regulatory law from reputable law firms or financial institutions.
- Open to candidates from both law firms and in-house legal departments.
- Strong drafting skills are essential.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
