Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and scoping of new data sources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new data, guaranteeing accuracy and integration into H1's systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance data processing workflows.
• Implement entity resolution methodologies to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Provide actionable insights from integrated data to support healthcare organizations in decision-making.
• Monitor and refine data integration processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices in data integration and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data integration, analytics, or a related role within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data processing tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data findings to a non-technical audience.
• Strong project management abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams.
