Responsibilities
- Identify and develop essential process steps, methods, and tools necessary for SOTIF compliance.
- Collaborate with technical development teams and external partners to implement, assess, and refine safety processes.
- Create and evaluate SOTIF-relevant safety processes, ensuring adherence to ISO 21448 standards.
- Analyze and validate the safety of automated driving software systems and their functional components.
- Develop innovative methodologies to enhance behavioral safety in autonomous vehicles.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in safety engineering, particularly in the context of automated driving systems.
- Strong understanding of SOTIF principles and the ISO 21448 standard.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
