Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new capabilities for the AI Agent Platform.
• Collaborate with Applied AI teams across various business units to ensure successful deployment of Champion agents.
• Design and create Champion agents tailored to specific business unit use cases.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of software quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Continuously improve the platform by integrating user feedback and industry best practices.
• Ensure that the software development process is aligned with company goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
