Responsibilities

• Design and implement application and platform architecture that supports Testlio’s mission of providing intelligent software testing solutions.
• Lead the transformation of our platform by making critical architectural decisions that balance immediate delivery needs with long-term scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into testing processes, enhancing system performance and user experience.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding teams through the development and deployment of production-ready systems.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar role with a strong background in software development.
• Expertise in designing scalable architectures and developing high-throughput applications.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their application in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
