Responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product strategy and execution.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation in the market.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the product management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with product management tools and software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
