Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical programs focused on the Compute Systems Engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity of project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement processes within the team and across projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful deployment of technologies related to HPC and GPU cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or project management in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly in HPC and GPU technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving results.
