Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic understanding of self-service customer behavior, including usage trends, customer satisfaction, and retention risks.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify unmet needs and potential growth opportunities within the customer base.
• Translate commercial strategies and customer insights into actionable capacity forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on analytics findings.
• Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product performance and drive improvements.
• Lead initiatives to optimize customer experience and engagement through data-driven insights.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Statistics; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a product analytics role, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools and statistical analysis software.
• Experience with customer segmentation, trends analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
