Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of network projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate between internal data center development teams and external telecommunications partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Manage the entire connectivity lifecycle, from site opportunity assessment to final Outside Plant infrastructure delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, addressing any challenges that arise.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in network planning and infrastructure management.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in network planning or telecommunications, with a strong understanding of infrastructure development.
• Exceptional technical knowledge of networking systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Adept at project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think critically and adapt to changing requirements.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
