Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of CapsLock's AI Media Production platform.
• Generate accurate visual representations of real products, ensuring a 1:1 match with client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and deliverables.
• Establish best practices for data control and reproducibility in AI-generated assets.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers as the team grows.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing AI models.
• Analyze user feedback and iterate on product features to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning technologies.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with digital asset generation and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of AI methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus.
