Project Manager for Golden Eagle Conservation in Northern England

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of the Golden Eagle Project.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, environmental organizations, and governmental bodies.
• Develop and implement project strategies aimed at ensuring the sustainability of Golden Eagle populations.
• Conduct field research and monitor Golden Eagle habitats and behavior.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and funding agencies.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Lead a team of conservationists and volunteers, providing guidance and support.
• Engage with the public and promote awareness about Golden Eagles and conservation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Wildlife Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in wildlife conservation.
• Strong understanding of avian ecology, particularly raptors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
