Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the forecasting process for Investigator Grants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and budgets for clinical trials.
- Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for resource allocation.
- Prepare and present reports on grant funding and expenditure to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and funding organizations.
- Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and practices to enhance efficiency.
- Support training and development for team members on financial processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the clinical research or CRO environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with budgeting tools is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management for clinical trials is preferred.
