Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive qualified traffic to our website. This role is critical in generating client inquiries and increasing enrollment for our high-quality ABA therapy services across Virginia. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at achieving measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms for our target audience.
• Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to enhance visibility.
• Increase local search visibility to attract clients in Virginia.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of SEO-friendly materials.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain and improve rankings.
• Generate regular reports that detail performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or therapy sector.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant SEO tools.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
