Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international SEO strategies to optimize organic reach and improve search engine rankings across global markets.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content creation and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with content creators, product teams, and marketing specialists to ensure alignment between SEO strategies and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing reports and actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead AEO initiatives to enhance visibility in app stores and improve conversion rates for our mobile platforms.
• Manage and mentor a small team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on international markets.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and strategies.
• Experience with AEO (App Store Optimization) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
