Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients across California, ensuring accessibility and support.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain a minimum of 15 client sessions weekly, dedicating at least 20 hours of availability.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address the holistic needs of clients.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and therapies.

Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in California as LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to a diverse range of clients including couples and children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.
