Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable platform infrastructure to support our B2B SaaS brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize technology stacks and improve system performance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for observability, backups, CI/CD, and infrastructure management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor system health and performance, ensuring reliability and availability at all times.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance platform efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to quickly resolve infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in platform engineering or similar roles with a strong understanding of infrastructure as code.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools to ensure system performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
