Job Overview

The Senior Manager of Change Enablement plays a vital role in leading and executing strategies that support significant initiatives within the Fleet business. This position focuses on driving the adoption of business processes, systems, and organizational changes, ensuring that employees are well-equipped to navigate transitions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of change enablement strategies to support strategic initiatives across Fleet Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address change impacts on employees and processes.
  • Facilitate training and communication efforts to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged during transitions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and methodologies.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders in implementing change initiatives within their teams.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in the automotive or fleet management industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
