Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and a strong understanding of their needs in a workplace setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations related to disability and employment.
