Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in records management.
- Assist with financial processes, including invoicing and budgeting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and maintain calendars.
- Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus.
