Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess and identify nursing shortages in Oregon.
• Develop and implement strategies to support healers and nurses in the community.
• Coordinate training programs and workshops for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing or healthcare management.
• Strong understanding of the nursing profession and the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
