Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance MaintainX's shared quality platform to ensure robust testing infrastructure.
• Create and maintain automated testing frameworks that facilitate rapid software delivery.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to optimize developer productivity and enhance software quality.
• Work closely with Quality Advocates and Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) to implement comprehensive testing strategies.
• Drive the integration of AI-assisted tools within the testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Promote best practices for software testing and contribute to the overall developer experience within the organization.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members on testing methodologies.
• Analyze testing results and continuously refine testing procedures based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer in Test or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
