About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to lead our Emergency Cash Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our efforts to deliver cash assistance swiftly after crises, ensuring that we effectively serve more communities in need. Your strategic insight and operational expertise will contribute to enhancing our systems, establishing clear priorities, and developing compelling narratives to position our initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of operational systems to enhance emergency cash response capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set strategic priorities and align our emergency response goals with organizational objectives.
• Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve our cash assistance processes and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community organizations to strengthen program effectiveness.
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in cash transfer programming.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the non-profit or humanitarian sector.
