About the Opportunity

OKX is embarking on an exciting journey to build local exchange businesses from the ground up across multiple emerging and high-growth markets. We are in search of an innovative and strategic product leader who possesses experience in driving a complete 0-to-1 product cycle within priority overseas markets. This role involves owning the product strategy and local growth playbook for a designated region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy tailored to local markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through in-depth research and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver compelling product experiences.
• Lead user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on product features and functionalities.
• Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize user engagement and growth.
• Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders to enhance market penetration.
• Drive product education and training initiatives for local teams to ensure effective execution of the growth strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the tech or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products in international markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and emerging market dynamics.
