Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for men's sweaters in the Northeast and European markets.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality and adherence to ethical sourcing standards.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms while maintaining high quality and sustainability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new supplier opportunities and innovations.
• Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align sourcing strategies with market demand and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory levels in collaboration with the supply chain team to optimize stock availability and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel sourcing or product development, preferably in men's fashion.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices and ethical production standards.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
