Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision for our payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical direction and architecture of the payroll product.
- Conduct market research and user testing to inform product enhancements and new features.
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the payroll product offerings.
- Mentor junior product team members and promote best practices within the product management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in payroll or HR technology.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage with engineering teams on a deep level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships across teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
