Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring timely submissions.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with international accounting practices is a plus.
