About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Brand Designer who excels in production and is eager to contribute to our creative projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Brand Marketing and play a crucial role in generating consistent and impactful creative assets across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing managers to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.
• Design and execute brand assets for email, social media, and paid media campaigns.
• Support the development and evolution of our visual identity through innovative design solutions.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive brand voice.
• Assist in the production of marketing campaigns and help drive brand awareness.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.
