Key Responsibilities

• Investigate suspicious activities reported by users, including both hosts and guests, to maintain the integrity of the Peerspace marketplace.
• Analyze financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential threats to the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and improve operational processes.
• Monitor user behavior and engagement, identifying patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity.
• Provide timely reports and documentation of investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams to resolve issues and foster a sense of safety and trust.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in trust and safety to continuously enhance our operational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in investigative roles.
• Proven experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey findings clearly to various stakeholders.
