Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) dedicated to Ashby's largest enterprise clients.
- Identify gaps in service delivery and implement strategies that drive meaningful change and engagement.
- Develop and maintain deep, consultative partnerships with key enterprise customers to understand their unique needs and expectations.
- Translate successful engagement strategies into repeatable processes that can be scaled across a diverse range of enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, Support, and Contract Management teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Act as a coach and champion for the CSM team, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze customer success metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Advocate for customer needs and feedback within the organization to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within an enterprise environment.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise partnerships and understand customer needs.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
