Responsibilities

• Serve as a key advisor to homeowners seeking financing for renovations, guiding them through the mortgage process.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of loan products, including Agency, FHA, VA, Non-QM, HELOCs, and Personal Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and real estate agents to expand the referral network.
• Educate clients about the benefits of renovation lending and how it can enhance their home value.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share in the renovation lending space.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, ensuring a smooth and timely closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a related field, with a strong track record of meeting sales goals.
• In-depth knowledge of various loan products and underwriting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Active NMLS license is required.
• Familiarity with renovation lending and the construction industry is a plus.
