About the Role
The Enterprise Growth Account Director – Financial Services is responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of Demandbase's most strategic Financial Services customers. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with some of the world's largest banks, financial institutions, and investment firms, serving as a trusted advisor to help them leverage our innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in financial services to drive account growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to introduce Demandbase's AI-driven solutions to enhance clients' account-based marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and address industry challenges.
- Conduct regular reviews of account performance and client satisfaction to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor landscape to proactively address client needs and position Demandbase effectively.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making for your accounts.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business and renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in account management or business development within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing and the unique challenges faced by financial institutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
