Responsibilities

• Provide user support for our proprietary ERP and WMS systems.
• Manage and resolve queries submitted through the IT portal.
• Assist users with system configurations and settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to inaccurate data.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of the systems.
• Document support processes and user feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in ERP systems support, preferably in a technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with WMS or similar systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work remote hours aligned with the Vietnam time zone.
