Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lending Manager to join our dynamic legal department. This role will focus on supporting our business licensing function in the state of Utah. While the position offers the flexibility of remote work, occasional travel to Charlotte may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Complete the required annual Continuing Education to stay current with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the legal department to address any licensing inquiries and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• The candidate must not have had a loan originator license revoked in any governmental jurisdiction.
• No convictions or guilty pleas for felonies involving fraud, dishonesty, breach of trust, or money laundering within the past 7 years, or at any time if it relates to the aforementioned offenses.
• Demonstrate financial responsibility, integrity, and good character to ensure the loan originator operates honestly and efficiently.
• Must hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license.
• Experience sourcing and managing loan documentation is preferred.
