Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the emerging bank, ensuring robust financial strategies.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations and coordinate with various teams to support business objectives.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to guide decision-making processes.
• Provide insights and analysis on financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the CFO to establish financial policies and procedures that align with the bank's goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives, contributing financial perspectives to support growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing finance teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
