Responsibilities

• Assist European hotel customers in maximizing the use of Cloudbeds' financial and accounting capabilities.
• Guide clients and their accounting teams through the entire accounting configuration process, including chart of accounts mapping and tax setup.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and assist with ERP integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure clients are fully utilizing Cloudbeds' features.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and address customer needs and feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulations to keep clients informed and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
