Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects related to academic engagements within the Ethereum Foundation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Facilitate collaboration between academic institutions and the Ethereum Foundation to enhance partnership opportunities.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on academic or educational projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in academia is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project dynamics.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
