Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain highly reliable systems and services that enhance the user experience for our mobile dating application.
• Monitor and improve system performance, availability, and reliability through proactive measures and incident management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions tailored to user needs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the full stack while implementing best practices in continuous integration and deployment.
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems to provide insights into the health of applications and infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability of our services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or a related DevOps role.
• Strong proficiency with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Solid understanding of monitoring tools and practices, including Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive approach to system design and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
